Shipping Policy
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Fulfillment + Drop Shipping
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner warehouse — KIN Aesthetics, LLC, located at 7885 Jackson Rd Suite 2, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
This ensures freshness, efficiency, and direct handling by the manufacturer. You may receive separate shipments if your order includes items stocked in our studio and items shipped from KIN Aesthetics.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates + Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. A standard shipping rate of $8 is applied for most orders. We primarily ship through USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, Hitch Co. Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking inquiries.
Return + Refund Policy
All sales are final.
For the safety and integrity of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skin@hitchcoaesthetics.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right where possible.
Gift cards and digital purchases are non-refundable.
